Returns and Exchanges


To determine your eligibility for a return of your item/s, for an exchange or store credit, please email with the following details:

– your name and order number

– the garment/s you wish to return

– why you are returning this garment/s

*We will do our best to respond to you within 48hours, however we are out of the office over weekends (PST).


At MACCS we understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to provide you an exchange (less shipping costs), store credit, or refund on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:

– Recipient to contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

– Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. If garments are returned in any other state, we may need to send these back you, however our customer care team will contact you.



-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, however, full priced items with a coupon code used can be returned


-items that were damaged (zipper broken, button lost etc.) in the process of wearing or trying on.

Your exchange, store credit, or refund will be issued upon receipt of the item/s being returned. Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to a week for the funds to be credited back to you.

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue credits on lost parcels.
